Processing Time:
All orders are typically prepared within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays), production may take slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Times:

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• USA & Canada: 5–12 business days

• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, carrier delays, or delivery location.

Customs & Duties:
Some international shipments may be subject to customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, please contact us. We’ll be happy to investigate and offer a solution.

 

Return & Refund Policy 

Each product is made to order, carefully crafted and quality-checked before shipping. For that reason, we do not accept returns or size exchanges unless there’s a defect or error on our part.

You may request a refund or free replacement if:

• The product arrives damaged

• There’s a significant manufacturing defect

• You received the wrong item

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a brief explanation. We’ll handle your case promptly and fairly.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size selection (Please check the size chart before ordering)

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
